i was order telephon, pay for it, money was confirmed but they are not contact with me. what to do?

Obviously that's not a good sign. I assume you have tried all methods of contact e-mail, phone, fax? But can you provide more details on what you ordered, who from, how much and by what payment method - it might shed more light on the subject.

If you got the first contact with the company from alibaba.com , personally, i think you should inform the alibaba team. Maybe tahy will help you. Good luck!
