How can I confirm if a seller works for a company? I don't want to send my money to a fake seller.

Request the following documents :
1) Copies of Registration documents of company
2) Export License or who is dealing with the export
3) verify same with local embassy that company is in fact registered in country
4) Acquire a reputable company to check the legitimacy of the transaction / company

You can ask a local people to check for you. beside whether a real seller or not, you still need to check the goods before shipment.
It is useless to ask the supply to send you the documets or any license, people can make the fake one to you by using simply a photoshop.
