Hello, EAINT.
Yes, you must pay for discharging cargo, for import fees, customs clearance, transportation to the final place of destination additionally yourself.
The vessel will come to the port, the logistics Company must inform you about it.
And you should hurry up, because you can pay for overstay (demurrage)...
and this "taxi" is very expensive...
You might ask the expeditor about help.
Where to know about customs clearance?
There several companies (customs brokers), including your country, they solve problems themselves for a fee. Search the web using keywords. Or call your domestic Customs, actually, this is must.
Buy they don't transport your goods, a domestic logistics Company should do it (additional fee also).
CIF is just cost, insuranse, freight. All other things is your direct responsibility.
But if you write CIF landed in a contract, then you will get the goods discharged from a vessel. This is more convinient for you.
My advice - hire a customs broker ones, pay him, s/he wil possibly explain you details "what and how".
Later you will do everything yourself much easier and without possible loss.
Best wishes!
And thank you, EAINT.
