I have purchased a product from a company on this web page. the product they sent me is not the correct item. and not they will not answer my email to resolve the problem. has anyone any recommendation on how to resolve this matter.

Make sure whenever you make your purchase for any product, details like the (Description of the Article, the Size, the Photograph, the Article no) should be very much clear.Just see on your part whether you are lacking in any of these details. If Yes, than this is not the problem of the seller, If No, than it becomes the duty of the Seller to exchange the product, as business is done on trust and faith.

buy more what you really want to buy from this supplier,use PAYPAL to pay,before you pay,tell the PAYPAL to block your new payment temporarily because there is business dispute between you remains unsolved.
Of course,you should be carefully sure that all the resposibility is taken by the supplier for this buying experience.
