which is more important to woman, career or family? how to balance them?

I quit my job two years ago in order to take care of my baby, and my kid is right age to attend kindergarten now. During these two years, doing housework and looking after kid and husband is all my life. I feel exhausted and depressed now. Did / Do you, specially married women with kids, have the same experience? I'd like to listen your story, also I need some advice.

hate the advertisement to Second Floor! In China, wife often look a job after she have a baby because of the life. But she will look for the help from her mother or husband's mother to be care of the child.

whether you wann take a job or not depends on your thoughts. if you think your little baby is the most important ,you wanna have time to take care of him,and you wanna teach by yourself.then,it is better that you should stay at home as a housewife.
if your thought is opposite ,of course you should undertake the work you want.Career is important for women as well.

Yes,it depends . Generally ,women from richer family will choose looking after kids. But, if you feel economic pressure,it's better find a job.

in my opinion , when you have baby , you should do your best to take care of him/her when he or her could go to shcool and then you do your best to work ~
