a few words from me: I wish that my simple writing(with poor English) about the story I had shared,
could bring some wisdom and understanding for others Alibaba members for securing the payment method,
especially for SME and new comer in International global trade.
what I had wrote in the article was the true story, how the position was and a dilemma situation for it ?
It is very crucial for Small and private business to having the secure payment situation, with the very limit
source and finance capital, once the payment get stagnation or problem, it will bring a big impact to SME.
