Most freight forwarders will give you an accurate shipping cost, as long as you have the specifications they ask for. Remember though that in this volatile financial and shipping world, surcharges, freight rates, General trade lane rate increases are changing all the time, so if you obtained a freight rate 6 months ago, then it would not be accurate today.
