how can I arrange my daily work time,every day I am busy in answering customers' question,and ask our engineer some question.and beg my coleague tell me more about our products ,documents,and usually when the time off work,I usually could couldn't finish my working ,but I still could not receive an order ,I am so disappointment

You should have a simple plan everyday. But not fixed,cause you are new,you need to learn more about the goods,selling.

May be you should writing down your daily working plan,

such as 9:00--to 10:00 : reply customers' email

.
13:00--15:00 :Looking for new customers
.
.
.
16:00: Learning about products and documents
.
.
.
17:00 :Summarizing daily work

etc. and the plan is the mainly job you should do in that  time section
