Please do not deal with this company. I am waiting for a refund of 2500 USD since last year.
My initial order for carbon fibre products was taken by Jacky Hayashi, Marketing Development Dept. Director , i got the invoice and payed since i thought Trustpass and Gold member were enough to determine that a supplier is serious.
Since my payment i have only received 10 % of my order, (some products were even wrongfully sent etc). But the rest of the order was never sent. Since may 2008 he has been wrting to me, telling me that he will send me the money or the products. But i have not received a single cent or product since then.
I want to warn people of this company, please do NOT do any business with them.
If anybody want to, i can send you emails between me and Jacky.
