What shall we do about customer's trust
"Honesty, diligent, high efficiency, well service, equality and mutual benefit" is the managing principle of Aiyah International Inc, just like some personal motto, people would try to act accordingly and willingly for moving forward . and so do our company ..
As a member of Aiyah International Inc, I also sticked to company’s priciple, believing this would make us going better everyday.
In March this year, received one enquiry from former customer about PU gloves, I feedbacked accordingly based on quality and quantity. Customer agreed, and said would place an order soon, Days later, received customer’s order,we carried out manufacturing preparation, and feedbacked customer efficient completing time, and since it is a mature product,we carried out production as normal procedure. But I would still carry out spot production inspection as usual for ensure everything go on smoothly. And MIL-STD AQL:1.5 standard would be our company’s guide, and in the same time I carried out spot checking based on custmer’s order requirement;
style, material, surface processing effect processing quality, color, size, qty, packing condition, etc
At start, spot-checking result is quite well, but I would still complete whole procedure of spot checking, keeping on inspecting, suddenly, found surface of several pairs of product is not so well as integrated mass in one carton, and this afftected the spot-checking result, so immediately feedbacked the condition to the workshop leader, and negotiated with them, in the same time, asking them it would be better to carry out full checking, as it is not a new style product, normally would not have this situation, but workshop also helpted to solve the problem,
In the same time, I feedbacked to the customer this condition, informing them delivery time might be affected, and also said we would be responsible for the goods delivery, Got customer quick feedback that they would wait till I feedback the problem is solved, they believe my response, and I could arrange shipping when I confirm quality of the product is good.
With so much trust from customer in me, What shall we do about customer's trust?
I negotiated with the workshop, and they carried out full checking, reproduced those not-so-perfect product, eventhough quantity is limited, but I still prefer to carry out more detail inspecting once again, In the same time, I keeping customer updated with relative informaton of booking, delivery etc, Finally when the goods arrived at customer’s house, keeping following the quality of the products, got feedback from the customer that they are satisfied.
As the contact person of the customer and customer’s order, I have to stand based on the interest of the customer, that’s why customer would trust us, and customer’s trust is value for us, and encourages us to improve and be better everyday, for we know customer’s satisfication is our best achievement.
