Renew of gold supplier Member

Hi,
I am Ramila from Asthamangal handicraft, kathmandu, Nepal. We have been gold supplier in alibaba.,com since last 3 three years.
Now, My problem is, as per discussion with Mr Leon Xu, on Trade manager, I have already made telex transfer of US$ 2099 as renew charge for 6th Nov 2009 to 6th Dec,2010 on last 30th September,2009 and I received the confirmation from alibaba that they have captured my membership charge US$ 2099.00.
And 01st/04th October we have festival holiday. so, I had requested to Ms Lean, to call me after 4th october only for varification of company. But till today, I could not get any calls or mail from Ms Leon or any service team from alibaba.com. I sent many mail to Ms Leon regarding this topic, but I could not get any response from alibaba.com. US$ 2099 is very big money for me.
Let advise me how I contact with alibBA.COM HELP?? Please help me..
