We like with working with Alibaba.com suppliers to get product, however we have problems with suppliers that do not send the products we purchased.

What recourse do we have with bad suppliers?  What can we do to protect ourselves from bad suppliers?

The losses from suppliers are mounting, but we don't want to leave.  Can you please offer advice on how to qualify suppliers and make sure they will supply?  Is there a business license we can request from all suppliers?  Can we request documentation from suppliers that shows they are a real business?  If so, what are those documents?

There are ways to prove if it is a good supplier or not.

But the best way is to go visiting the supplier,you can feel the atmosphere there,their supply chain,their order for production and delivery for outstanding orders,and even the people easygoing or stubborn,difficult to communicate.

There is only one solution to get the best product in safe mode is that, whenever you order to purchase the goods, then never give advance payment, tell them that we can only provide 100 % l/c and nothing else, this payment will be done from only reputated bank, and the bank will take the gurantee for supplying of goods and payment. I think there were three ways to keep the supplies away as below;

1,import the samples for several times to test the supplies' patient and the trust

2,coming to visit the supplier's factory if it was convenient for you

3,asking the supplies to send the certificates of registed by law.

i think it is very imfortant for you to fiind out the final resean for this unhappy experience.if it was happened by uncontrollable reasons,such as natural change or alike,there may be some other  links both the two side need to discuss,such as the loss of both sides,you can burden  part of the loss according to the reality.   well,if it was completely caused by the bad behaviour of the supplier ,you can offense to protect your own benefits.such as complain a file to the orgnization of alibaba  service,and they  will write off their certification,i think it won't let it become real if they are a real company .and they will do someting
