Can I trust the customer?
Post 1 of 5

I just develop a new customer in U.K. , who said it is the first time he import products from CHINA.

When all the samples and quantity are approvel, and the next step is deposit.  This customer said there is some problem on the bank, yes. the bank is not allowed to pay all the 30% deposit  $10,000.    is this possible in U.K?   so he asked us change the quantity to half. now the depsoit is around $5,000.

And now it had been 2 weeks passed, and there is any bank info to us.  we are worried about that, the deposit is so difficutlt ot him, is that means the balance is more dangerous ?

Should i trust him and continue the  order?

First time or not, his bank would not have a problem to send you the money unless he don't have the funds?

With UK banks if he sends T/T then he would get the copy of the payment and he can send to you the same day to show he has paid, if he sends as express you would get that in 3-5days.

Seems like he is not wanting to make a real order from you.
