I ordered phones from them and they didn't send the product. They said that they would refund the money to be, but they didn't.

CNK Telecom sells refurbished phones, atleast they say that they do.
Kai Kim is the guy that I dealt with and a person named Edward was supposed to be in charge of refunding
me.
