What's wrong with Facebook?

I receive lot of messeges from my friends worldwide on Facebook (www.facebook.com ), but since early July, I cannot open Facebook in China at all. What's wrong with it? Can you open it at your end?

me too, i hearted it was forbided to sign in from china since july,but i donot know more.

The Chinese governemt has blocked access to it, as well as twitter and youtube because they do not censor or moderate what is posted there. To get around the ban, you need to set up a VPN which can bypass the government's firewall

or you can install the TOR browser in your pc - the TOR browser is firefox based and uses several servers to essentially hide your ip address for private internet browsing. It is slow but it works.
