Can we use Ebay to promote our sales?
Post 1 of 14

It is what I was long considering. We know Ebay is a C2C platform. It seems have nothing to do with companies doing B2B.

I was thinking if we can make retailers on Ebay to be distributors if we can show them how competitive business cooperation we can offer them. And to do so, it is important to make ourselves first as an Ebay selling so that the seller may find you and your products.

I am not sure if this works, but I will try later. I just register my ebay and paypal. still new to it.

Somebody here have your opinion?

Just remember that these little ebayers won't be able to buy large quantities. Maybe you should sell them yourselves on ebay and put them all out of business

We usually don't have product in stock. We can do the retails. But I do think it must be helpful in some way. I find some sellers on ebay have their own store in their local city and they may consider importing products from China directly. I post my products information not just to attract little buyers but sellers, to make them become wholesalers or distributors.
How do you think?

Ebay is more for internet marketers't now and retail type items such as cosmetics, books, toys, etc.

Why don 't you use linked in  - this is a network but there are many groups there  with thousands of members there who are
posting trade and distribution connections.   This way you can target individual groups or even countries that may be more interested in
your product and opportunity.

This is just my personal opinon. Ebay sometimes is too crowded. With that said, I would agree that we would promote our products/services wherever possible. Best of Luck!
