Sadly, it is sort of fraud you might have encountered. E-commerce is still full of risks.

  if the amount is big, go to look for the seller.

Have you signed contact with the supplier? have you called them?

How long was the delivery time?

If you have signed contact,and delivery time is expired ,Agree with Lao--niu,If the amount is a big one ,go to your supplier's company for compensate
