 I really hope noone on Alibaba tries to swindle me as i will go all out to get to the root of the matter. I happened on the website a few weeks ago & after a series of mails, chats, etc, i have placed trial orders with 2 different companies & i hope that goes smoothly.

I have expressed my fears severally to the suppliers i have been in contact with & they all seem to have the same reassuring tone, so my fingers are crossed. & i think trial orders are a way of buyers ascertaining the true quality of what they want to potentially order in bulk. Especially for a new or growing business. It wont really be wise to place a bulk order when infact one hasn't seen the products to really confirm their value. Companies that ignore trial orders or small orders may be losing potential bulk buyers.

IF POSSIBLE:

What I would do in this case is leaving some quantity of each item produced to be sold in small quanitites or sent as samples later. Another option is to recommend this small customer to buy some items from your big customer to whom you had supplied before. What else ?

I think like Alibaba say, small order willl place big role in the future,that is why they open ali express

I think all supplier, should pay atten to small order, since the big order will be less and less.when there are many small order group together, they become big orders

and I think small order buyer should also work with small factory like us

we dont not receive big orders since we are not big factory [em2][em2][em2]
