I firmly believe that SMALL ORDERS are the order which Buyer will guage the Supplier's market standing,Product Quality,Response Time,Trade Genuinity. As a buyer I contacted many suppliers and it is really disgusting, irritating and annoying as the 99% of the Buyers are inisisting on standard MOQ. My requested products ie. computer spares are ready to trade items.
They are expecting the buyers to follows their own co. standards. Eventhough I am a genuine buyer and very much interested to procure the products but still I am not getting good and positive response from the supplier. If I want to place small order to start with.

I think this problem could be solved by your company's smart operation,
why not to collect all the smll orders and made a prduction in all?

Small order sometimes is the mother of the big order.  Whenever we should attach much attention to any order no matter small or big.

It perhaps is a hidden great chance to fortune.

As my buyer side view, i think do not offer small orders is not so good idea because your company may be lossing a possible futher good customer. As other friend told you a possible solution could be produce extra pcs in each model after get other big orders, to give service for samples or small orders. As us, several small companies is just starting or expanding , since others big companies are closing the doors, im sure you know wath im talking for, in this crisis time try with product to sell is very important. Besides, small orders is not only heavy to manufacturer but also for customers, more expensive cost of shipment, bank transfer, customses...by each piece, but if the product has good sales he will buy you more and more units and you win a new big customer 1 year later. :)
