Let's introduce some Japanese cultures here!
Geisha
Geisha Geisha are traditional Japanese artist-entertainers. The word Geiko is also used to describe such persons. Geisha were very common in the 18th and 19th centuries, and are still in existence today, although their numbers are dwindling. "Geisha," pronounced "gee-sha" is the most familiar term to English speakers, and the most commonly used within Japan as well, but in the Kansai region the terms geigi and, for apprentice geisha, "Maiko" have also been used since the Meiji Restoration. The term maiko is only used in Kyoto districts. The English pronunciation "gee-sha" or the phrase "geisha girl," common during the American occupation of Japan, carry connotations of prostitution, as some young women, desperate for money and calling themselves "geisha," sold themselves to American troops.

When i was in Japan on business trip a member was there from a Chinese company too.
After meeting i asked Japanese colleague how meeting with Chinese company went he said Manager was very arrogant they will not do business with them. This Japanese company is very big international company. I noticed in Chinese manner of talking and behaviour can be considered rude to others not just Japanese.
My UK manager came to China to talk to do business with company in Shenzhen also decided manager too arrogant decided they will not do business with them. We now talking to another company in Hong Kong where they understand more about doing business wiht Europeans.
Terrific! I know more about Japan now, thank you
