Hainan Hongsheng Import and Export Co., Ltd has suggested us to put them hydraulic cylinders for the sum 700 000$. In some weeks I should take off for Hainan for contract signing, but having read this forum at me there are doubts. They have requested registration of the contract of the lawyer and registration of commodity mark in China. In the contract have refused to specify requisites of your company.

Their site is registered 2009-07-06 (http://www.domaintools.com)
In the list of their site scammer they are not present (http://www.firetrust.com/en/blog/chris/the-bigger-list-of-chinese-scams)
I will call one of these days in their office.
I will ask for them to give for them: the registration certificate, the export licence, certificates ISO, CE, RoSH, etc.

We signed the contract by email for selling laces from Turkey to them. And know at the stage of receiving the advance payment of the contract. They asked for the %0,01 of the transfer as commission fee for bank to make the transfer.

Please simply ask them for their Business License and Import License, then contact local officials for verification. If you know nothing about Chinese, you can simply book a small biz investigation from a local company like: www.bizinchina.cc  Take care!

 

Hainan Hongsheng are fraudsters. Their scam is to get you to pay a percentage of the contract value as a notary fee and that is the last time you hear from them. Their address is an empty piece of land.

I have also been scammed by these people.
We are a large company in the USA and i have imported from China for a long time and it was very pleasent.
These people really make it hard to trust others.
i wish i new of a way to get these guys back.
Any idea.

Please be aware of this company. They also invited us to Hainain where we signed the contracts. We didn't pay the "notary fee" there but transferred money for bank transaction costs a few weeks later. This was the last time, we have heart from the company and the company's Export Manager (Mr. Guo).

Please do not trust them. We lost quite a lot of money - contracts doesn't count at all. So be aware and stop negotiations. 

Did anybody get some money? We build up some contacts to the Chinese Government  - we try it this way to put pressure on them.

This Hainan Hongsheng Company is a real fraudster and even with small amounts they get money from companies. Their trick starts with a huge order and continues with a contract request and inviting you to Hainan. Even you do not pay notary fee, they ask money as a bank commission fee to send the down payment. Later on they disappear.

Please stay away from this company. And inform their frauds to your Trade Counsellor or any of your government's trade center in China to let other companies avoid from their lies. There are several companies from different companies and different sectors lost money because of them.

100% you can be sure that they are  FAKERS !!!

months ago I left shenzhen where i worked 4 years as International sales, now i am in Haikou, city of hainan island. I still do not know much about hainan.  But the environment is beautiful   I came here just because my boyfriend is local person...We will marry here.... But now i am so confused. That is Work... My work experience is only Internation sales... But here, i could find little job chance.. It is not like Shenzhen,,,there are so many factories for many kinds of products...

I think you should take very care of the company you mentioned as the money amount is not small.... Good luck !
