Alipay allows you to track your order and payment is only released to the supplier after you confirm delivery. Pay securely with your credit card without exposing your details. It's also FREE to buyers!

Alipay is a leading third-party online payment platform from the Alibaba Group, providing easy, safe and secure transactions for millions of users every day.

Buyers
Currently, only buyers outside Mainland China can use Alipay to buy items on Alibaba.com.

Suppliers
Currently, only suppliers from Mainland China can use Alipay to sell products on Alibaba.com.

Definitely it is a very good FREE service could eliminate many fraud cases, it is pretty similar to L/C arrangements but much simple I supposed and better than L/C, assurance goods received and it is free service !

 Questions :

                      1. All suppliers (Gold or Free members - China) from Alibaba Website accept Alipay ? How to go about with this service ?

                       2. How soon goods could be despatched once credit payment succeeded whereby supplier prepare to ship their ready stock or samples ?

                       3. Where can I look for the "Order Form" format for my future reference to order ?

                       4. Any refund issue in full amount if good delivered is not conform to buyer's specifications or requirements ? Whereby taxes being deducted once payment being made to Alipay ?

Suggestions :

                      1.Best that Alipay accept other mode of payment such as via  T/T, and extend maximum limit to USD20,000.

                      2.Include goods audit service per buyer specificaitons and requirements as an option, paid by buyer will be credited to this service.
