really good news, Alipay is a good way to avoid scams online...

Definitely it is a very good FREE service could eliminate many fraud cases, it is pretty similar to L/C arrangements but much simple I supposed and better than L/C, assurance goods received and it is free service !

 Questions :

                      1. All suppliers (Gold or Free members - China) from Alibaba Website accept Alipay ? How to go about with this service ?

                       2. How soon goods could be despatched once credit payment succeeded whereby supplier prepare to ship their ready stock or samples ?

                       3. Where can I look for the "Order Form" format for my future reference to order ?

                       4. Any refund issue in full amount if good delivered is not conform to buyer's specifications or requirements ? Whereby taxes being deducted once payment being made to Alipay ?

 

Suggestions :

                      1.Best that Alipay accept other mode of payment such as via  T/T, and extend maximum limit to USD20,000.

                      2.Include goods audit service per buyer specificaitons and requirements as an option, paid by buyer will be credited to this service.

When  buyers inside the mainland can use Alipay?

Alipay is available for mainland China for several years already, new is payments from outside China via Alipay.

can you help ? we are wanting to buy from china suppliers but all the sellers i have contacted will not do alipay WHY?  it is secure for both seller and buyer.   does the seller incure charges for using alipay if so how much.  what do sellers have to do to register with alipay?
