So, what is your question? I guess you never receive the merchandise and not sure if they are a scammer.
Well, google their company name. Hope nothing bad pop up. Otherwise, you probably lose $$$. As Paypal only protect buyer when the deal is through eBay. You won't get your money back if they don't ship you anything.
Send this company more e-mails to check what is happening. If they have shipped the goods, there must be tracking nr. to trace.

I have bought some electricals from a supplier in Malaysia, I am based in the UK.
Using paypal I have made the payment about 2 weeks ago, the supplier said they were waiting for paypal to confirm some documents and that they would ship right away, anyway they said they would ship it today and give me the tracking number (after two weeks) this has not happened and someone on MSN said that the representative (name: Jibiti) was buisy today and that they will give tracking number tomorow.
They keep telling me that I will get my tracking number but they keep extending the deadline?
Is it time to start a paypal dispute or should I wait one more day? can anyone help me please

No tracking number, the company had an alibaba site and said that their other website is under construction, now when I ask him for the website he wont say, surely paypal will protect me though! I send huge amounts of money :(
