It is with deep regret that I have to approach you for prompt and definite action. On 21.08.2009 I paid membership fees of Rs 47,999 vide cheque no 104536 to your authorized representatives Mr Sahil. I was approached by Ms Rekha previously but i finalised the deal with Mr Sahil, after a sales pitch wherein I was promised a free ad for my product for 1 month in your website on the Home Page as well as a gold club membership with a whole lot of benefitsin front of both rekha and sahil.as well sahil gives the written comittment on the recipt as well on letter head of alibaba.
One week passed and I had been promised the membership papers within 15 days but there was no interaction from Mr.Sahil. When I contacted Sahil I was told there was an argument as to who would get the commission – Ms Rekha or himself. I still have not got my membership. To compound the crime, Sahil told me he could not offer me the free representation on home page for my ad. If there are internal problems, I fail to see why I should be penalized for it. There has been a gradual withdrawal of all that was promised.
The cheque is still lying with alibaba as on 12/9/2009 and I have yet to receive a single benefit as well no one cres to give a single call back . If I have not yet sued your company for this, it is because I hope you will honour your commitments. However that cannot be for long, and I firmly state that if I do not get my membership and the coverage promised for my product, I will be forced to go to consumer forum /civil and criminal proceedings .
