Alipay : Is there any extra transaction charge?

I go through the alipay and want to know some more :
1) Is there any extra transaction charge?
2) As alibaba mediate if any problem is there, till now how many such cases occured and what was the result?

Hi,,, nice to see your posting, but no one reply, I am dealing with one alipay member , but he said that they receive payment by WU and Bank. when I ask, why alipay ask to pay by cerdit card ? they do not asnwer me,.
