Hi Ivan Xia

For your machines, your mode of payment has to be by Irrevocable Letter of Credit from International Bank.

This is definitely an intermediate position, both to the buyer and the seller, who is you. This works out better for both parties, much better than AliExpress through AliPay.

Somehow, we have not got any answer to my question as a former Trust Pass Member, how am I to apply for the AliExpress and the AliPay system. Seems to me that many of the staffs are not even familiar with the system, and in this forum, there are many questions left unanswered.

[em8] I felt much like a mushroom, fed with (S.H.I.T.) and kept in the dark, cold and humid place and expected to pay out almost $3K (short of $1.00) for the new Gold Member, where there is no difference in Status Quo, and where most of the benefits are also enjoyed by the Free Members.[em9]

Greetings,

It is really nice to see Alibaba have Alipay and AliExpress, what a good movement, what I hope is come true, and Alibaba also have a representative in Indonesia and in other country, that is what I hope again and came true.

But I have an experience, abut AliExpress that doubt me.

Last night when I want to make purchase to one AliExpress company, and I want to purchase a sample, what I suggest is, I could make a payment by Paypal or Western Union to Alipay, but what happen is I need to pay it by credit card.

As I know I need to pay by credit card, I pending the payment, and still have 14 days Alibaba give to me to make payment for what product that I buy. And I will pay it after I fix my credit card.

In the afternoon one of the sales officer from company that I order the sample contact me by trade manager, and tell me that they only receive the payment by bank transfer or Western Union.

When I ask “why alibaba put credit card as transction online?
No answer from her.

It is make me doubt, do all the company that registered at AliExpress is authentic?

I still have the chat message with the sales, the photo put in the trade manager is cute girls, not suitable as a sales representative, in business world the clothe they wear is not suitable to,

I need other comment and feedback that about AliExpress.

If other member wants to have the link and the chat, I will post it.

Success To Alibaba Team

As said previously it's a step in the right direction, but and it's a big BUT :D there are still major issues to be resolve.

1. First would be the payment  method as mention earlier ? Is paying with Alipay safe ? Why not allow more payment options ?

2. I've seen seller selling with MOQ of a 1000s, sellers should be advise to keep their MOQ lower as from what I understand this is what Ali Express was designed for.

3. Seller should be advise to try to decrease their shipping fees.

4. We should have more easy to come by infos on the seller (i.e. feedbacks system)

5. Feedbacks sytem for buyer also.

6. As I always says, for me taobao.com, one of your parent company, is the best B2C platform in the world, so I think you should look at what they have done and try to emulate the best part. You should also look at sites such as ebay and Dhgate and try to understand what make them so popular.

Well that's it, as I said it's a step in the right direction be there is still a long way to go. Wish you can make some changes as I think this site as the potential to become one of the best B2C platform.

Thx

I think Alipay is the best payment for alibaba buyer, save and trust able, seller will not receive the payment after buyer confirm the parcel received,.

now the problem is with the seller, I do not know why one of the seller said that " we do not receive credit card :" I will give you my chat with one Aliexpress company below

Does anyone here ever think of the consequence of buying copies products?

I browse AliExpress the other day. In fact, the platform is very similar to eBay. It gives me the impression that AliExpress is the small lot of eBay. However, when I found factories who are selling Nokia phones and Gucci bags, I am so disappointed with alibaba. Since they never address the problem to those scammers who are also "gold membership" owner. Now they let factories sell fake/copy products openly. If custom confiscated the item, there is no way to ask for refund. Moreover, your name will be Black listed in your own country custom. Think more than twice before you purchase from AliExpress (I mean for those branded items)

thanks for the suggestion, that depending to the buyer, for some country, that product you mention has no problem, as long as it legal product even .......

Something that I believe would be helpful is a clock telling the local time of the individual or company who is selling the product, and their typical work hours, so I easily know when to expect they are available.

Also getting the message online to chat now, but really just get automated reply to send email, probably should not be allowed, misleading.

I am pleased otherwise, but there may be a cultural divide which makes it difficult for me to know how to interact. I have had conversations by chat in which I thought I was about to decide to buy their product and quote my customer for a product, when suddenly I am told supplier is sleeping, please write tomorrow, then never hear from them again, even if I write? What does this mean?

Also the web based chat application does not save contacts or messages, that would be very convenient.

Charles.
