How long customs may stop teh delivery? I found thecode" 991". I don't know what's mean?

Customs have the right to inspect, hold, sieze or destroy any goods entering their jurisdiction. Did you file a form with them to clear your goods? I suggest you contact them, ask them what the code means.
It sounds like you have tracked a package online> Maybe your goods are dutiable and you have not yet paid.
Call you local customs office and they will tell you what you need to do

Thanks for answer. But the customs are in China. I ordered same and that was send by EMS in Shanghay. Its stoped in , I think, in chinese custopms. Its stay since 6 days?!

not unusual...... contact the seller and find out why. No idea what the 991 code is.
