When exporting battery included products (such as mp3) to Europe, is there any standard need to meet? and what kind of certificate is required?

For European markets, CE and RoHS are must at leat i think.
Delivery by air or sea or express, MSDS report,DGM and/or UN38.3 are required by courier companies to inqure saftey of battery and products with battery such as mp3,mp4 etc.
