at present, most of our customers are from Korea and Malaysia. And their orders are not big, but welcome as well. speaking to the experiences about dealing with them , to be honest and active is the 1st thing.
I met a customer from Australia, we once give quotations to him, and the he accpet the price, as you see the the price is changing those days. a few days later when he asked me for the PI, I told him that the price is not valid any more, he become very angry. I feel . when I explain to him, and then he accept the new price. few days later, he ask me for PI again,and I send it to him. He say that it is not the PI he wanted.at last , a failled business.
