Please help us blacklist this IT company .... Eminentia ... they're a scam!

We are a company based in Boston, United States and on 15 April 2009 we contracted with a company Eminentia in Hyderabad for the design, development and testing of a web collaboration tool to be completed by June 15 2009. Eminentia breached the terms and conditions of our contract. After several attempts to ensure completion of the project on time and in accordance with the specifications communicated to Nikhil Kumar (Director: Eminentia), we were left with no option but to seek a full refund for monies paid and to sue for damages. We have estimated damages of USD250,000 due to lost business.

Its highly recommended that you not do business with this company.

Dear All, This posting as posted is completely false. The Customer on his own reasons is acting ignorance of his own conversations on Phone on functionality of project at completion in-order not to pay us.

Kindly don't believe in their words.
