Firstly maybe 80% in India is Hindu (i guess) you should read little about Hinduism.
Learn to say "Namaste" and put hands together as a greeting (watch some indian movie) i can say "ni hao". CCTV show indian drama on televsion and in Chinese language you can watch.
Understand why Hindu's do not eat meat, or if do diffently never Cow.
Religion is important to all indian's they will be surprised if you read history of hinduism and the various gods.
How you know someone is Hindu or not? Usually you can tell from name, but f you not have much experience of indian people then this will be difficult for you to know so just reasearch.
There is a very large Chinese community in Kolkatta you can always make contact with local chinese community centre there.
I hope you find useful ![]()
Wow there seems to be a nationality war going on. Let me tell you one thing about Indians.
We are just regular customers like your other customers. Here in India (not mentioning other countries as i have no idea if the statement is true about the rest) people try to exploit other people who have no clue about the price of commodities so it is a trend to bargain for lower prices and we usually get them at lower prices finally as the margins set by the seller are pretty high and is willing to lower the prices after a big of haggaling. This may seem annoying to you.
Chinese products of low quality and cheaper in price are usually acquired in INDIA. So when they find someone with higher prices that when they find it necessary to bargain. But friends let me remind you that 50% of the branded products sent to INDIA are also manufactured by some or the other Chinese companys.
Please try convincing the customer about the quality of the product in such situations. But be honnest about the actual quality cause in the end if your quality is not as promised it leaves a mark on the NATION it is imported from.
For me high prices are comforting as it seems like an assurity for quality whether it is made in china or in any part of the world
