Do you believe in "Luck"?

There are two bad experiences happened to my client in a month:

1. Supplier do not take our indication:

A supplier send the goods without our indicated courier,  we have confirmed with supplier to send the cargo through DHL,  the supplier also quoted us the freight, and I agreed to send from her, finally, when the goods sent, the supplier tell us that they send through TNT, and also you can not imaging what kind of TNT they sent through, it is that kind of courier that send by EMS, that will takes more than 10 days, they though my client do not know these, but I am Chinese know all of them, sending by TNT with EMS will much cheaper, now, these caused many problems:

First: the worst thing is that they still said that the freight they finally quote is not enough, and ask us to pay USD150 more for the freight.  GOD, why there is supplier doing like this, that is really hurt me and my clients. 

Secondly: we use DHL orginally will takes 3 days, and my client have promised to devlier goods to her client in time, but now, it took more than 10 days, how could we do?  that will makes us loss clients.

Thirdly:  TNT can not deliver to our client's address, and she had to bring the cargo very far away from post office.

2.The supplier sent the wrong goods

This is happened with another supplier, my clients ordered bulbs from the supplier required 110v, but they sent 220v,  when parcel reaches my client, all are useless. we contact supplier for this problem, and they finally checked with their factory that it is their fault . but now who will suffer the loss? cost of goods and freight, my client tried to communicate with the supplier, but they only said to give 1000pcs free to us, and then we need to pay for freight, as we originally ordered 2000pcs.  Why we need to pay for freight? besides, we still need to pay for custom clearance and tax, this is not our fault.  if they send the right thing at beginning, we not need even to pay for custom.

We are still under this case, if anyone have a better solution,  that would be highly appreciated.

My client is now getting diappointed with Chinese suppliers, but I know this is just because she get to the wrong supplier, there are still many good suppliers, I will convince her to try other suppliers, and hope finally she will be happy with Chinese suppliers.

All these happened to my client in a month,  I am thinking whether she is unlucy,  a Chinese saying, we said she has no luck,  do you believe in "Luck"?

Luck and UnLuck
1st you need to do the best way how to be unluck, try to lock all the door to that way, if you have try it, close the possible way to unluck, and you still unlucky... Pray to GOD or Find another GOD

I belive that luck influence our business. But as an overseas sales we should check a lot of things in each order or sample order. Though luck is important, but hard and careful work can make us easy to be lucky.

I think you also need take the responsibility, as you find this bad supplier to make more profits, you find the unluck for yourself!
