I have been scammed and stolen for 460 usd by this fake company, and i don't understand why ALIBABA let us on their website to continue their scams! Alibaba get a lot of money to have Gold Supplier Member?

I have transmitted to a lot of French, Chinese (Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Guangdong), English organisms (police, ministeries, and so on) by all kinds of transmission (letters, emails, forms Internet, etc...) my official complaint against this company and this personne: Helen Chen (Zhu Daiying).

It is impossible to buy New original Brandname items from China Mainland with cheap unreasonable price, BEWARE!!!

It is important that before you buy any product, you verify the company. It is worth the trouble to verify. I think china is a very big country. And prosecuting this kind of cases may not be a reasonable request really. It may be more realistic that alibaba may be expected to remove them from their site. Unfortunately they can register in another name. Even locally, police are not successful in going after, catching, and prosecuting every ten dollar scam. If you are going to buy a single or few items and the local price difference is reasonably small, buy locally and you will still be promoting chinese producers anyway. But sorry for the misfortune. Let it go.

Be wise next time not to do business with HK registered trading companies as quite some of them are only a empty shell but actually operating in Mainland China. After a scam and another , they will move to another place. Very hard to trace them.
