Alibaba will take every complaint seriously. If buyer can prove in court that the supplier is engaged in fraud activities, their account will be suspended immediately.
As a matter of fact, Alibaba is really concerned about every unhappy trade experience. However, as a service provider, we have no legal right to investigate. As we have this limitation, sometimes, it is difficult for us to understand completely the case
