I would like to share one of bad experience dealing with a so called "Gold Supplier" company called HK Diao Ltd.  Below are the details:

Fraud details:


1. On 08th July 09, Emma Chen (dgdiao-trade2@hotmail.com) have quoted me a total price of USD620 for 2 cameras:


a) Pentax K20D (Body only)


b) Canon EOS 50D (Body only)



2. I have made the payment via Western Union on 9th July 09 to the following person:



First name: Aihua


Last name:Yan


Address: Shanghai Street  Mongkok  Hongkong


Zipcode:999077


Western Union MTCN number: 4605091900



3. They have told me that the item was shipped out under shipping number EE124306380CN via EMS China.


4. I have check eventhough the item was shipped out on 13th July 09, however until now I still haven't receive the items.


5. I have email a lot of times to Emma, but she did not reply my email.


6. I'm very dissapointed because the reason that I choose to deal with HK Diao Ltd. is because they are the Alibaba.com Gold Supplier.  Therefore I feel very confident dealing with them.


7. Now they send another Sales Manager by the name of Juntong (dgdiao-trade@hotmail.com) to handle my case, however she claim that it's not their fault blame it on EMS.

I'm very angry with all the excuse given by them.  They even claim that they send 2nd time but still I did not receive it and even fail to give me a tracking number.  So, to all potential buyers please do not dael with HK Diao Ltd.  I have file an official report on them, and I do not know how Alibaba.com is going to deal with them. 

If Alibaba.com still do not take any action on these cheaters, sooner or later Alibaba.com is not a place for trading anymore.
