Can anyone help me find a legit business in china that trade electronics. I'm finding that there are thousands of companies that offer cheap but unsure about their practices. I have a small business and prefer paypal for safe payment. But cant find any company that does this.

use Alipay !
most Chinese suppliers do not use Paypal, because they do not know how to use it.
now there is Alipay, workers of Alibaba.com will teach chinese suppliers how to use it, then the matter will be settled.
