I wanted alibaba to upload some of my products and i was told to contact transferexpress@service.alibaba.com by a member of the service team, it has now been 4 weeks since i first emailed them and i have emailed them twice in this 4 weeks i have not received any email back and have not been informed whether they are going to do this for me or not.


it would be nice if someone actually got back to me thanks.

We upgraded our membership to Gold Supplier and paid our $2999 but now the alibaba membership consultant is not replying to our emails, has gone off skype and we're still a free-member. !@#$%
