Scammer Warning

Warning against a company under the name of ?Rough Diamonds INC? This company tried scamming me today, they contacted me through Trade Manager, they are offering COD and Hellmann Pre-Inspection and they are pretty convincing they could easily scam less experienced companies
Please be aware do not accept COD unless the shipper can witness the inspection before payment.
Do not believe the supplier if they insist Hellman will contact you, you must insist that you will contact Hellmann yourself by obtaining the correct contact information off there website, don?t accept Hellmann Tel number given to you by the supplier.
The company has been reported to Alibaba
