Company Introduction:

Workmates Introduction:
Boss, buyer and secretary, they are working in a room.
Boss's wife and financial affairs clerk, they are working in a room
A manager and 5 sellers, we are working in a room.
Also we have showrooms in another room.
My Job:
My job is looking for the clients without any B2B and Fairs. Just search the clients from the internet.
Someone will ask me, how to search the clients from internet? Here I will tell you I got the clients contact details all search by Google, Google is a good tools for us, how to use Google ? I think you can get the answer in FOB.
Found the clients and cooperation with him
1- Study his products
I found the Syria clients from Google, after I check his company website; I realize that his business line is the hardware, so I began to study his products. Form the material, size, weight and transportation all information about the products.
2-Study the company
After finished this study, I began to search the company name in Google, I found that you have posted the information in net that they need the hardware supplier from China in the last 2 months. I think it is good news for everyone who wants to sell their products.
3-Contact the company
Got the information, I know the contact person in the company, and then I sent the first Email??developing mail to that mail and that person. Of course, my developing mail is common mail; just tell them that we can produce the hardware that they are looking for??.

The mail function is: tell them that you are working in the company, and after you call them, they can check your mail for remember.
4- Give a call
As you know, every clients can received the mails more then 1 hundred everyday, so you need a telephone call. So after 1 day, I choose a right time to call the client, and ask them to check the mail that I sent. Yes? the one said, he said ? we will study your company website and reply you by mail? so great , I said thank you, I am waiting for your mail. Have a nice day~~! I have contacted this company after this call.
5- Communicate
A- To know the product
Clients have visited our website, he Email me and wrote that he didn??t found the products that they are looking for at that moment. After I read his mail, I replied as ? I thank for your mail, we have many new products in our showroom, the new items we only show for our clients not on the web, could you send your picture for me check? I think our company has the products that you are looking for .thanks in advance. After several minimums, I got his mail and the pictures, I show the picture to our buyer, let he to collect some information (the factory, the material, the size, the packing, the weight and price etc.) for me. After we leant the product data, we replied the clients a professional mail (price, material, size and weight etc.) with the picture.
B- Active to solve the problems between clients and you Clients got the quotation and replied, he pointed out that our price is too high. In fact, it is our best price; I was puzzled for that. Why? Why? So I Emailed him as a mail as below:? my dear, I can't understood for that you think our price is too high, in fact, I already gave a best price go you, as you know I want to closed the business based on win-win. Would you like to check our quality of products? Then I posted a sample to him for check after got his mail.
C-Post the sample, and freight at my company.
1 week past, he got my samples; he is suitable for our good quality products, then he decided to post a sample to me for check his quality of products. After I got his samples I found the result that he said our price is too high. Because the products size and weight are too different.
6-Made a business
I quoted a new price to him according to the samples he sent, after several Emails he confirmed our price and made a 1x20 container. Payment is 20 % deposit and balance will be paid after saw the copy of B/L. the order I used 1 month and half to close it.
Above is the all process between my clients and me, How to make a impossible deal, if you don't know how to catch the chance, the order you will lost, if you catch it, you will got it. so you must do many things before the clients give the order to you.
