Imagine, if you hired a third party for quality inspection, and they give you a certificate
that they have checked the quality of products and the products are ok. Now when the
products arrive at your place all of them are faulty/bogus, shall you not hold that third
party responsible who provided the quality check certificate??
Why can't we apply the same rule to alibaba.com? It is a matter of public-at-large, everyone
is at risk because of this fraudulant behaviour of alibaba; They keep providing GOLD
MEMBERSHIP to fraudulant companies and individuals and they actually advise you in their
emails that you should always look for Gold Suppliers.
They never ever ever advise you that two thirds of their gold members are actually scammers
and that you should beware of gold members particularly. No they never tell you that.
In practice, there are very few scammers among the free members, but majority of gold
members are frauds.
We must hold alibaba.com responsible for the fraud committed by gold members because alibaba
gives gold membership to these scammers in the first place. If they do not give gold
membership to scammers, internet will be a much much safer place to trade.

It is about time that we hold alibaba.com responsible for not verifying the GOLD MEMBERS who
actually turn out to be scammers.
Alibaba.com claims that their gold members are verified and gives you impression that these
companies are trustworthy. But it turns out that almost all of the scammers have gold
memberships.
Kindly use your common sense and ask yourself that who is responsible in the first place??
It is alibaba.com management who is directly responsible for fraud if the gold members turn
out a fraud company. If they do not give Gold Membership and Verified Member status to these scammers, you and I will be safe from these scammers, but now a days it is easy for scammers to get a gold membership.
Just like the scammers will stop answering you once they got your money, same way
alibaba.com is silent on why there are so many scammers with Gold Memberships.
It is amazing for me to see the amount of fraud going on here and still the management
doesn't take any action at all.
Just go to alibaba.com main page and search for "original laptop" or "iphone", you will
notice that most of the companies listed as gold members have posted as many as 2500 selling
leads. Now if you start to go through any such company's various selling leads, you will
immediately notice that they are all bogus entries, the photos are lifted from here and
there on the interenet, the text under each entry is something like "original brand used
laptop oem original dell xps laptop oem" the text makes no sense at all.
Why does alibaba.com allow scammers to post as many as 2500 bogus selling leads?? The answer
is simple, they want money from scammers, because scammers are more in number than original
companies. So alibaba.com's main revenue comes from scammers.
That is why they are always reluctant to remove these scammers from their portal.
We must join hands to stop this exploitation from alibaba.com and hold them responsible for
all the frauds that are committed by GOLD MEMBER companies. Wether anyone gets scammed or
fooled, alibaba.com keeps making money, isn't this cruel?
The only way is to let alibaba.com know that Investors/Buyers are not fools here, if i have to invest money to get a third party verification done then i dont have to approach alibaba.com. The reason why we trust alibaba.com is because it verifies all the details of the supplier/vendor but however, this is not happening at all.
Some action has to be taken NOW and at immediate effect.

Alibaba.com does work very hard at getting rid of scammers. They have removed a TON of sites that were linked as fraudulent. Please do view this article on "How Do Alibaba Scams Work"?

If you people want to help others from getting scammed! Don’t complain to Alibaba about it because you will get know were. We all need to flood the internet criminal crime prevention web sites and complain to the FBI about Alibaba and the thieves’ they harbor on their site. Tell them what is really going on with these sites and all the illegal activity and fraud that is here day after day with little being done. The only person that can and will stop this is us! We need to complain to the FBI so they can come in here themselves and see very clearly all the fraud going around. I don’t know about you guys but I had enough of this crap! We as a team have to spread this internet crime prevention FBI website around these forums and tell people to go there to complain about these crack heads. What is trust ,and what is TrustPass members? Trustpass and Gold members are Trusty members? It's necessary to view objectevely and think over, and we should also guard against false messages or companies in early. E-commerce is different from face-to-face.
Alibaba.com should take much attention and actions to those frauds,as same as TrustPass members on China Alibaba.com.......
It is hard to know who we will believe in now.
What we should do is to inspect the faithfulness of the companies carefully.
