I remembered that day my boss told me that there was a AU customer who would visit us on Sundey. The boss asked me to meet her and showed the customer around this city Shantou.

After hearing this I felt very bad cos I planned to go back home at that weekend.My hometown is about 60km from shantou. But I have no choise I had to cancel my plan.

She was a designer before and now she began to do her own business. This time she took her design and showed us how to make the shoe and bag.I have to say that her design was really cool. So we arranged the factory to make the samples follow her design. And during this period she kept improving her design to make the shoe looks better. We had to ask the factroy to make the change following her. At last she took the sample and was quite satisfied with the sample.

Then she flied back to sydney and she send her spec.to me to make the M and L size. We followed her instruction and made the samples then send them to her. After she received the samples she gave me her comment aobut the samples and ask us to make some changes. Then later she send us the PO and I made the PI to her.

So we began to make the pre-production and FedEx them to her.After she received she said she wanted to changes some design. Oh my god! The factory already bought all the material and also cut some of the fabric. She wants to chagne the dimension. I try to pursade her not to change cos the factory has to buy the material and dye the color again. It's really troublesome. But she insisted that the change is really important. At last we have to ask the factory to change it and we have to paid moer to the factory.Acutally the buying more materail and dye the color doesn't cost too much. But it's really trouble.

Doing business with a designer is really not easy. When the designer get some inspiration then it have to be changed.

Anyway I have to follow my costomer's requirement. She is my first customer!

Yes, it is very hard to do foreign trade business.But you should be stick to it and one day you will be successed.
