find a specific supplier on alibaba

I got an email which says that they got my details on alibaba and gave me a quote. However, I cannot find the supplier on alibaba. Can anybody help?

Yes, use google , type in suppliers name and details and also the word "alibaba" and you should be able to find them and there alibaba details,,,, good luck
