Regarding regulations, permits, etc., the best is to start with the municipality. They might not take care of everything, but they can tell you what to do and where.

When it comes to chosing the best form of society for your purpose, the best would be to ask your accountant, as that depends too much on the laws of every country. If you don't have one yet, find one. You'll need him. And he can also give you some orientation regarding permits, etc.

Invest in a good coffe maker and serve some decent coffee. Take a month and go to italy, talk to baristas, work in a place for free for the experience

[em1]I have opened several shops over the years, and it is not too difficult. The prvious information is very good, but I would add that coffee is 97% water. You must have excellent tasting water or your final product will not taste as excellent as it should. Spending extra on quality beans is recommended, but it will do you no good if your water has not been treated. the other main stay is location, location, location... Best of luck!
