    please give me sugeestion that i want to know why. i have a customer. this is my first customer on alibaba. that day is the first day to my use this system of trade manager. i meet a customer. he told us he want to purchase a drawimg machine. this is our company product. and then i give me a detailed scheme. then i told him, i have been sent the scheme to his E-mail. he said to me "thanks". then we contact with EMS or telephone.  i think he is a really buyer. but when we check several times, my computer show that he didn;t see our scheme. then i asked him,"do you see our scheme, how is going", he said i have been made your scheme to my customer and when he reply us, and then i will tell you. but i know he didn't see my scheme. i think i cannot speed up to him. so, i only chat with him other things. but when we talk about the sceme, he will ask me give him my photo. this is not one time. everytime, he will remind me give him a photo. but now i haven't give him. today, we chat again, but he said he didn't know me. i know his purpose. but i don't want to give him. do you know how can i do it?

i am so confused!

I'm so sorry to hear that.

Not all client want to buy the porduct .Maybe he only want to see girls ,using the excuse of buying product.
