Now I just met a trouble that I can not login on my trademanager. The system always said WRONG PASSWORD.
But I can still login on the ali express website with the same PASSWORD!!
So, can you tell me what's wrong with my trademanager??

I would like to see a feature that shows the local time of the person I want to chat with, according to the location set in their Alibaba profile. 

Many times I accidentally leave TM online on my work laptop at home and am woken up at 2-3-4am by sellers in China wanting to talk to me. 

If sellers could see what the time was in my country it would make them more considerate and not wake me up at very early in the morning.

 

My idea would be that is it was between for example 6.30pm - 8.30am the seller would receive a pop up message telling the local time in my country and asking if they wanted to continue with the chat whenever they tried to start an instant message with me.  Proceedure would be as follows:

1. Open TM
2. Find contact
3. Open message window
4. Receive popup saying "The local time in <NAME OF CONTACT HERE>'s  country is currently XX.XXam/pm"  Press OK to continue or cancel to close this message window"
5. If I think it is an acceptable local time I will click OK, if I think I will disturb the contact I will click cancel.

 

You will have a lot more happy users if you added this!

 I have a problem with the instalation.

When the instalation it´s finish show this window:

 I have Windows 7 32 bits and I downloaded the file AliIM2012_ATM(6.60.10E).exe

Any solution?

Alibaba complaint processing is a joke. Alibaba is just a one way communication, ruled and boxed in fixed statements. Furthermore, getting an answer, probably from robots, addresses you with the name of the person you are complaining about. It seems that Alibaba gives a S*** in us users and protect their Scam providers. This is really not serious and of extremely bad quality

you have had thousands of people complain of your payment system and your lack of action towards offending companies.You provide no security for us.Always the same reply to issues.You blame the buyer.You want to be like Amazon and Ebay then do as they do.Provide a safe fair secure payment plan that protects all.That if a seller or buyer is wronged it returns that person/company money right away.I found good suppliers on here but the bad are 10 times as many as the good ones.You award rip off companies with Gold Supplier status and those who complain you claim are trouble makers.Do whats right for a change people!!!

Yeah just had my order canceled for security reasons they said, so now I have customers waiting for equipment  that I can't deliver. I used my Visa , and have far more than enough money available to me, I used Aliexpress  to insure my funds were safe, and had Mayer the person I was trying to trade with trying  to talk me out of using aliexpress and using pay-pal because it would be easier. This must be the technique to get people to give up the security offered by Aliexpress so they can be scammed. What an absolute waste of my time,Iwonder if Aliexpress is involved in the scamming through this procedure. It just appears that THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!  

can any one answer me. I opened 2 different pages on alibaba, one by my yahoo mail, the othe by my hotmail. but i can have massage to my both mail from alibaba buyer, but the page for the hotmail i can not find massage on alibaba mail box. i hope i can find answer why

All I want is for someone to do their job! I placed an order on 8/29/12. I never received the product so I filed a complaint/claim asking for the product or my money refunded. Every time I check, it says "processing". It has been FOUR MONTHS!!! I still have NOTHING! You have MY MONEY and have NOT DELIVERED A PRODUCT OR REFUND TO ME! Do you understand this is the very definition of THEFT???
