Q I can’t download TradeManager nomally.
A There are some problems of TradeManager server settings. Now we have modified the settings, if the problem still occurs please contact our service team.
Ï Q I can’t install ATM after finished downloading
APlease check your downloaded files is 10.3MB. If less than 10.3MB, it means download is not complete, please download it again.
A If you download ATM on the official website , we can guarantee that there are no viruses. Please tell us about the brand and version of your anti-virus software, We will take the next step of action.
Q How to add member of alibaba to my ATM contact list
A1. If you know the Member ID of members of Alibaba, you can click the "Add" button on the ATM main Panel, 
Enter Member ID in the "Member ID Search" , find the member
Then click "Add to Contacts"
2.After you search the products or suppliers on Alibaba.com, you can see "I'm online Chat now!"
Click the button ,it will pop up a chat window (make sure you have signed in your ATM)
click "Add and Enjoy" In the chat window, add the member to your contact list (whether the member is online or offline, you can add him/her to your contact list)

Q I have already installed the TM client, but when I click "I'm online Chat now!" Button, it can’t use ATM chat clien normally , including the following:
start ATM Web page version
start ATM Web page version, and kick off my TM client at the same time
no reaction
A The main reason is browser versions. If you use IE 8 or non-IE browsers, you may face with this problem.
So please use IE 7 or lower IE versions. This issue will be resolved in the version of ATM 2009.
Q Why can’t we send files with ATM
AIt can not send files between the ATM 2008 and ATM 2.0 versions now. Sorry for the inconvenience, we suggest you use the ATM 2008 version or above, in fact 70% users of ATM use ATM 2008 version.
Q Why can’t I use the audio and video chat features in ATM 2008 which can be used in ATM 2.0
A ATM 2008 does not support audio and video chat features. In the ATM 2009 (it will come soon) we will re-enable audio and video chat features.
Q Which operating system can ATM be installed ? Vista/Mac/Linux/Windows Mobile/iphone…
A Now ATM can only be installed on the PC, and only supports Windows operating systems. If you have other needs, please give us your feedback.

What are your team doing and not control all the seller want receiver money from buyer and not sending the product.
better alibaba website can set-up one money payment system to control them otherwise your website are become poor and poor point from user.
1. I often update ATM, wonder that it is something new to download.
But, I can see that my ATM version is still with old feature not as like above
with blue water drop icon ? my is still orange talk face icon ?
what is the latest version of ATM ?
2. Been 3 years with ATM, I suggest about 'Filtering' for every incoming chats.
To avoid unexpected chatters, it must be a pre-face message from ATM auto
filter that showing a complete details of the visitor/caller. not only id name or screen
name. So far what we got whenever a message caming in, either off line or online,
we only have the member's id, we need to check his coy profile and contact person
first via its name card, showroom, web or click the id's link etc. to identify who is
calling/sent a message ? in case it is off line ones is ok, we have time for it. But if
it is online one, it is no good to let it/them waiting our response after verifying.
3. Also, we want ATM give us more info about any member whom is contact us with
the list of contact that he/she ever made/have. by doing so we can have a reference
about his/her environt/community, it is about to whom/which members that this new
contact had ever made and going on, This Interactive chatting list would be effective
to verify how this contact's community/environ. who know one among the contacts
are also our contact too, so we feel more confident to accept it to add.
There are a few things to suggest, but this time we try out these first to see response.

we are so glad to receive these advice .In fact,same features you suggested is in the latest version ATM.There is the answer about your questions.
1.About the lastest version.Now the latest vesion is ATM 2008 version.According to your description,The version of ATM you using is ATM 2.0.Because of the big changes in technical architecture between ATYM2.0 and ATM2008,we can't provide live update .But it can be used between ATM2008 and above.In addition,there are many features can not be used between ATM2.0 and atm2008,like send files,so we suggest update to the latest version.You could download it at http://trademanager.alibaba.com.
