Dear Sir/Madam:
we are having gold membership since 1st of July 2009 and before that three months we were having trust pass account and before that 7 months we were having free membership but , the main problem is that i am not getting proper response from the customer with whom we are in touch from many months because they want the product which we sell and in this matter i m not getting why i m not, getting proper response from them and while joining the gold membership alibaba's help desk were saying that i will get 22 time more inquiries but, it is not happening so, could anyone ca help me to solve my this problem?
