any one could help to clearify what's reason that our clients insist to show Ocean freight prepay on b/l?
is any new favourable policy to shipment whose freight is prepayed? or there's any other policy?

i need to know also what is the best shipping company to get goods from China :(
because i pay custom alot here, and my supplier pays alot their in China, and my goods are being held there for more than 2 weeks :s
