I think it's enough if you use your action to prove your customer you are a reliable person.

let other person trust you is a difficult and long-run thing.we can not do it for a second.so i think the most important thing when we meet a client for the first time is make a good communicate atmosphere.then you can make friends with each other.for deeper acquaintance. so when you contact with your customer you must be show the tureth of yourself ad be passion.

In my opinion,you should contact with customers step by step,and in every step,do as customers' requests,then he will trust you more and more.The carefully need at frist touch,which is key point!

my name is sajeda bhaiji i have been victim of a fraud... on the day of 24/07/09 i have purchased an i phone from your (alibaba.com)site. the name of the seller is mohammed Saed rehman from united kingdom. he is claiming to be from with the address he gave me is following:- unit 7 pickhill business centre smallhythe road tenterden city: kent tn30 7lz 44-752-6351133 he also gave me his email address:ympddtr@gmail.co on 24/07/09 - 17:47:57 i have paid him ( mohammed Saed rehman) the amount of £450.00 through western union. on monday i recieved a text message( sms ) stating i am entitled of another two more phones for less price. so on 28/07/09 - 12:48:17 i made another transection of £250.00. to the seller. he also told me that i will be recieving my phone by thursday the 30/07/09. on thurday till friday the 31/07/09 i tried to ring him saying i have not recieved the product but eiether he rejected my calls or never answered my calls. he instead sent me text messages stating that custom officers has confiscated my phones and to release it from them i have to pay another £200 to him under another name...and i did pay it on my brother name 0n 03/08/09 but now he did not give me my produck or give me my money and now his phone is swich off i dont know what to do me my self disable and i leaving alone with my three kids i dont know what to do and where to go and get that my money back .....please someone can you help me in this matter please???......thank you [em8][em8]

Caveat Emptor

A fool and his money are soon parted. you should have quit while you were ahead, put it down to experience.  Apple are very good at making sure their intellectual property is safe from pirates and counterfeiters, that should be an indication that you would have been better purchasing from a legitimate authorised seller in your own country.  Buying fakes only encourages the scammers.

pay attention to your words,offers,the products you send,and all of the relavent information. show the customers more company background information on the net. do not forget to do follow up service and you must know that after sale service is also a kind of advertisement which may be the most powerful ones.
